Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine raspberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice, ice, and rum.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add sugar if desired, blending again.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional raspberries.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add more pineapple juice.
  • Frozen raspberries can be used if fresh are not available.
