Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine raspberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice, ice, and rum.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add sugar if desired, blending again.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with additional raspberries.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add more pineapple juice.
- Frozen raspberries can be used if fresh are not available.
