- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup rum (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey, and crushed ice.
- If using, add the rum to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with additional raspberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
