- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and brown sugar. Spoon the mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the glaze is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with toothpicks for a fun appetizer.
