Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For extra flavor, add crushed graham crackers to the dough.
