- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, honey, and eggs.
- In another bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
