Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, honey, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine the protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
