Pumpkin Patch Deviled Eggs: Easy Fall Treat with Turkey Bacon

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 carrot, cut into small pieces (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon on top to resemble soil.
  6. Use the green onion and carrot pieces to decorate as stems and leaves.
  7. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
