- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 carrot, cut into small pieces (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle crumbled turkey bacon on top to resemble soil.
- Use the green onion and carrot pieces to decorate as stems and leaves.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
