- 2 cans cinnamon roll dough
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into pieces and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and dollops of cream cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream or maple syrup for added flavor.
