Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- For added flavor, try topping with cream cheese frosting.
- Ensure the pumpkin is pure and not pumpkin pie filling.
