- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, almond flour, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
