Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package frozen potstickers
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the green onions, garlic, and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.
  5. Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in the bok choy, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of chili oil before serving.
  • Garnish with additional chopped green onions.
