Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 package frozen potstickers
- 2 cups chopped bok choy
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in the green onions, garlic, and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.
- Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the bok choy, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of chili oil before serving.
- Garnish with additional chopped green onions.
