- 1 pound ground pork

- 2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the pork is browned.
- Add shredded napa cabbage and cook until wilted.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix until well combined.
- Garnish with green onion and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as carrots or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
