- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, fry the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes, corn, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and the cooked turkey bacon.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then serve hot.
