Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting them into wedges.

  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  8. Transfer the pork chops to the oven during the last 10 minutes of the potatoes’ baking time.
