- 1/2 cup uncooked rice

- 1 egg large

- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
- Mix ingredients until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
