- 1 packet active dry yeast

- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until the dough starts to come together.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.
- Bake as per your pizza recipe instructions.
Notes
- You can add herbs to the dough for extra flavor.
- Make sure your water is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast properly.
