- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and add pineapple chunks on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a couple of hours or overnight.
