- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add steak and cook until browned.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce.
- Gradually add provolone cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove.
