- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 flatbreads
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with the pesto sauce.
- Spread the pesto chicken mixture over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil over the top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
