- 1 whole chicken
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Rub the marinade all over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.

- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice and green salad for a complete meal.
