Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
