Instructions
- Preheat your Dutch oven by placing it in the oven at 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugars, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Grease the Dutch oven and pour in the batter.
- Cover and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
