  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in baking soda and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread jelly on top. Pour remaining batter over the jelly.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
