- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup jelly (your choice)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread jelly on top. Pour remaining batter over the jelly.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use freshly ground peanut butter.
- Experiment with different types of jelly or jam for variety.
