- 1 cup pastina
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in turkey bacon and chicken ham; cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add pastina and cook until al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
