- 2 medium zucchinis
- 3 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis and tomatoes into thin rounds.
- In a baking dish, layer the zucchini and tomato slices.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and cheese is golden.

- This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
