- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a prepared baking sheet.
- Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
