Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a prepared baking sheet.
  6. Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
