- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours before breading.
