Ingredients

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
