- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Try adding chocolate chips or blueberries for extra flavor.
- These muffins can be served warm or at room temperature.
