- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and mix until just combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature overnight.
- In the morning, drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet and pour the dough onto it.
- Stretch the dough gently to cover the sheet. Let it rise for 2 more hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Before baking, dimple the dough with your fingers and drizzle with more olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt and herbs on top before baking.
