Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and mix until just combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature overnight.
  4. In the morning, drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet and pour the dough onto it.
  5. Stretch the dough gently to cover the sheet. Let it rise for 2 more hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. Before baking, dimple the dough with your fingers and drizzle with more olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
