- 8 taco shells
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Fill taco shells with the turkey mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cilantro.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These tacos can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
