- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the strips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
