- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Melt in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Stir in orange extract and zest until well combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
- Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers.
- Chill the truffles again for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense orange flavor, you can add more orange zest.
- These truffles can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
