- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the pan.
- Add rice and chicken broth, stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
