Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.

- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and stir to combine.
- Add the ramen noodles and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender and stock has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
