Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
