- 1 pie crust
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the turkey bacon and spinach in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
