Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the bread slices, crumbled bacon, and Swiss cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute ham for turkey bacon if preferred.
- This casserole can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning.
