- 6 mini pita breads
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- While the bacon is cooking, prepare the mini pitas by cutting them in half.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard inside each pita half.
- Layer in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
