- 1 loaf French baguette
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French baguette into 1/2-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush each slice with olive oil.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it finely.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each crostini slice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
