- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter and remaining cheese.
- Spread the cracker mixture over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some garlic powder or onion powder into the chicken mixture.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake.
