- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the bacon drippings, sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Layer the mixture in a baking dish, top with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add any vegetables you like.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for added flavor.
