Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

- Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or cover the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to let the flavors seep into the chicken.
- Preheat your grill or oven, then cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
