Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Spread remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider including Worcestershire sauce in the mixture.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
