  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in sour cream and return meatballs to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
