- 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest, then slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and Italian seasoning, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then add to the sauce.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
