- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
