Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and maple syrup.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
