- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated steak bites.
- Sear the steak bites until they are cooked to your desired doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with extra glaze if desired before serving.
