- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, mango, turkey bacon, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
- Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced almonds or sunflower seeds.
- Can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
