Instructions
- In a large pot, combine diced potatoes, onion, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the soup slightly for a creamy texture.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a thicker soup, add more potatoes or reduce the amount of broth.
- You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
