Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine diced potatoes, onion, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
  2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup slightly for a creamy texture.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For a thicker soup, add more potatoes or reduce the amount of broth.
