- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Poke holes in the russet potatoes with a fork and bake for about 1 hour until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Once the potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top each potato with the steak bites, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
